When it comes to decorating your home; who knows what you love just as well as you do?  Your own twin sister does, that’s who! So when Stephanie’s twin Katharine wanted some help pulling together her mid-town loft, Steph jumped at the opportunity.  True to who she is, her sister’s design brief was just as fun.  Kath wanted a “feminine, colourful, light and airy space with a dash of ‘Preppy Hamptons’ meets ‘Boho Beach’”.  It’s a condo with very high ceilings but it’s not a large space, so we needed to be selective with the pieces.  We also made sure to add lots of warm layers, textures and colour to help strip away that colder condo feeling that these types of spaces can sometimes have.  The unit is south facing with beautiful, unobstructed views of the city and with a custom terrace design that adds to the whole experience.
