As a designer, it can be a blessing and curse to design your own home.  We love so many different styles, but it takes discipline to treat your project like we treat our clients’ projects - with thoughtfulness and due diligence. Located smack in the middle of a colourful and vibrant Victorian, Stephanie decided that her kitchen needed to be an all-white one.  It’s the transition space into a sunroom at the back of her home that is quieter in it’s décor, so the kitchen becomes the clean break – a sort of ‘style sorbet’ - between the colourful décor in the front of the house, and the quiet serenity of the sunroom at the back. The result is a pretty, light and airy, all-white kitchen with just enough character to make it feel like it belongs with the rest of the home. With textures and layers, warm brass hardware touches, beat up wood accessories and woven baskets hung on the walls, a colourful and bold art piece, textured marble mosaic backsplash and a beautiful pulley pendant made of bone china - this all-white kitchen is filled with warmth and life.
