Our offices now feel finished and inviting

We hired Emily Griffin and Stephanie Houghton from EG Design to decorate the client side of our Toronto offices, as well as create a new staff lounge area in an unused section of our offices this year. The job was a combination of decorating and renovation consulting.

We were extremely happy with both their process and the end results of their work. They captured perfectly our firm’s culture of being more understated versus flashy in the furniture they chose and in the materials they used. We also loved how they incorporated our company colours’ tastefully into the design scheme without it feeling contrived.

In terms of fit, we worked very well with EG Design’s whole team.

They understood exactly what we were looking for and respected our budget throughout the process. We liked that they presented us with several options in their presentations and found even further options, when in some cases, a tightening of the budget was required.

The quality of all their work, from the ideas they generated, the craftsmanship of their trades, to the actual products that were delivered, were all amazing. The feedback from our clients, everyone in the Toronto offices and most importantly, our colleagues from head office in Calgary, have been overwhelmingly positive and we all love the new space immensely.

Our offices now feel finished and inviting and not like other offices in downtown Toronto that often feel sterile and cold. We would highly recommend them.
